It is located at the southern end of Jurien Bay which stretches from Island Point to North Head. The waters of the bay are protected by a string of islands and reefs which lie just offshore. It's a wonderful place to spend a week or two in the sunshine - the beaches are long, isolated and sandy, the water teems with fish and there are offshore reefs and islands are waiting to be dived on and explored. Snorkelling and diving in these parts is excellent. Join a fishing charter or a cruise boat to see the seals, sea lions, dolphins and whales. Lesuer National Park, offers scenic walks and wildlife is just half an hours drive from town.
