To be listed in the OzBeachFront Directory properties must be:

Absolute beachfront - on the beach, or on the road opposite the beach
On the Waterfront - for an inlet or coastal lagoon
As close as possible to the beach - when properties are set back from the beach or there is a reserve next to the beach - within a stones throw of the beach
On a small island - with direct access to the beach
The closest to the beach for a given type of accommodation available in the area

We only list properties that meet these criteria.

Users of the site must be assured that all the properties listed are genuine 'Beach Front' properties.
