Wyrrabalong National Park protects the last remaining areas of coastal rainforest in the area. There are sandy beaches, rocky headlands, walking trails, lookouts with magnificent coastal scenery, and picnic areas throughout the National Park. In the southern section, Crackneck Point Lookout has fantastic scenery. Further north, Munmorah State Conservation Area has magnificent coastal walks and wildflower displays in the spring. The Entrance is one of the region's premiere tourist destinations, offering excellent surf beaches, great shopping and a range of accommodation and restaurants. There are regular markets held on the weekends and be sure not to miss the daily pelican feeding at 3:30pm.
