During winter when the sea is flat and the waters crystal clear snorkelling or diving can be undertaken around the rocks of Point Arkwright. Yaroomba beach breaks are a powerful formed by the reefs just off the beach. There is excellent fishing during the winter months. Good catches of Bream, Dart and Flathead taken on the beach all year round. A dirt track runs 1 km along the top of Point Arkwright with an excellent lookout along the way.The image shows How Close
